A vintage pictorial map of the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, including Bay St. Louis, Gulfport, Biloxi, and Pascagoula, advertising the region as a "Year Round Resort". Hotels, specifically those belonging to members of the Mississippi Coast Hotel Association, are illustrated along with local tourist attractions, such as Dorothy Dix's home, Woodrow Wilson's "Dixie White House", and a site where Audubon painted his birds. The map also notes that the Gulf Coast had (at the time) the world's longest seawall at 27 miles long.

The back of the map contains further advertisements for 14 local hotels, and it also notes that this example of the map was distributed via an agent in Chicago.
