A Mapp of ye County of Middlesex
Attractive and rare map of Middlesex, now mainly Greater London covering the North and Northwest of the city. It covers the areas of Kensington, Chelsea and Knightsbridge together with Fulham, Richmond and Twickenham in the West as well as Marylebone, King's Cross and Enfield Chase in the North. A large dedication on the lower right is to William Craven, 1st Earl Craven, former Lord Mayor of London and one of the Lords Proprietors of Carolina. Craven County of North Carolina is named after him. [MIDDX489]
