Plan of the Port of Subec on the Isle of Luconia
Antique nautical chart of Subic Bay on Luzon Island, a highly strategic port, formerly a U.S. Naval base but now remaned the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
The chart was originally published by Apres de Mannevillette in 1766 in his Neptune Oriental. it was then adopted both by Alexander Dalrymple, geographer to the East India Company and also issued by Robert Sayer in his "Oriental Pilot". James Laurie and Robert Whittle were the successors to Robert Sayer and re-issued the Oriental Pilot. [SEAS5075]
