Separately issued city plan of Vancouver and New Westminster.

This splendid plan of Vancouver shows the early developments of the city, Sea Island shows a very small City of Vancouver and Sea Plane Harbour, which was opened in 1931. The western tip of the plan shows the University of British Columbia among the mostly undeveloped "University Endowment Lands". Much of North Vancouver is still shown as under development, as is much the eastern part of the city. One of the more curious features of the map is the amount of golf courses present in the city. No less six courses are marked.
