Rotating planisphere showing the principal stars in the night sky for every hour of every day of the year. This example is in very fine condition with almost none of the wear and tear often found on objects like these. Instructions for use are printed on the verso. Precise date of manufacture is unknown, though certainly after 1902 as the London Geographical Institute is given as the address for George Philip, Son, & Nephew on the verso of the planisphere. Cardboard and leather. [CELEST1495]
