Colossi of Memnon: Erected in c1350 BC, the northern statue depicts Amenhotep III with his mother Mutemwia and the southern statue of the pharoah with his wife Tiy and a daughter. On the sides of the statues are reliefs depicting Nile gods joining together plants symbolizing Upper and Lower Egypt.
