The checkout process on our website will indicate the charges for each shipping zone or notify you if we need to provide you with a bespoke shipping quote based on your location. Very occasionally the automatic quote generation during the checkout process may be slightly out, and in the case that it is more than the cost of shipping we can offer you, we will contact you to offer a refund for the discrepancy.
Please note that there are some destinations that we are not permitted to ship to - we hope you understand. These countries include: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, and Venezuela. -

Taxes and DutiesFor some international shipments, you may be responsible for paying an import sales tax (GST or HST), or a merchandising processing fee (MPF). We will do our best to advise of any taxes and duties you may incur during the shipping process. Please note that we do not take payment for these fees prior to or during the shipping process and this is usually collected by the courier service (DHL) on behalf of Customs so please be mindful to look out for correspondence from DHL when shipping has been organised. The Map House has no control of the Customs or Import processes; however we will always be on hand to assist and answer any questions.The Map House will contact you personally to confirm any shipment bookings and provide tracking so please be aware of phishing / scam emails.
