There is a large inset of Śródmieście, the central district and old town, in the lower-right corner. The map's index is published in Polish, Czech, Russian, English, French, and German, but the descriptive text and index of useful locations on the verso of the map are entirely in Polish.

Buses, trams, railways, parking places, petrol stations, tourist offices, hotels, hostels, restaurants, monuments, museums, and swimming pools are amongst the many features marked on the map, suggesting that this map was aimed both at domestic visitors and foreign tourists.
