Charming pictorial map of Piccadilly with illustrations of many local landmarks and notes on local historical figures and events. Noteworthy persons mentioned include Alexander Pope, Georgiana Cavendish the Duchess of Devonshire and John Nash. Also noted are the many hotels and clubs, including The Ritz and White's Club, alongside institutions such as Burlington House home of the Royal Academy, the Royal Institution, and shops such as Fortnum & Mason and Hatchett's.
