This large scale Arabic plan of the city is signed by the Al-Ahram Commercial Printing Press and highlights the Islamic architecture of the city which is shown in red. Further important public buildings are also highlighted in an ochre colour.
The map is printed on two sides, this side focusing on the northern part of the city and the reverse shows the southern part.
